Q: Is there a weight limit for riding your horses?

A: Yes, 260 lbs.

 

Q: Do I have to have a guide or can I ride alone?

A: You must have a guide with you, no riding alone.

 

Q: How old do you have to be to ride?

A: All riders must be at least eight (8) years old.

 

Q: How tall do you have to be?

A: Children should be at least 4.2 to be able to reach the stirrups.

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: Long pants are preferred and closed toe shoes, no sandals or flip flops.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Cash and checks only.

 

Q: Can I take pictures?

A: Absolutely, just turn off the flash on the camera, some horses don't like the flash.

 

Q: Can we bring treats for the horses?

A: Yes, but you cannot feed them, we will make sure they get them at the end of the day. They like apples and carrots.

 

Q: My child is to young to ride, can he/she ride with me?

A: No, double riding is prohibited.

 

Q: I've never ridden a horse in my life, do I have to take lessons first?

A: No, we have horses for every riding ability. We will show you the basics and you will be fine.
